We are excited to announce that our new electroless nickel plating facility is now up and running, which we’ve recently installed to allow in house control of a process in ever increasing demand. ENP is the deposit of a nickel-alloy coating by chemical reduction, without the need for electric current. This new, innovative process provides many advantages including, but not limited to:
- Reduces our carbon footprint as no electricity supply is required.
- Electroless nickel is not dependent on current distribution, providing a flawless, uniform plating thickness.
- Electroless nickel has excellent chemical resistance and is far more difficult to remove then traditional electro-plating.
