Hydrogen electric vehicles and aircraft use the same propulsion system as the standard electric vehicles and aircraft that we’ve come to know, but energy is stored as hydrogen in a conventional fuel tank and is then converted to electricity by the fuel cell.

These vehicles can be fuelled in a few minutes like a conventional car but produce no harmful emissions; the only emissions are water vapour and warm air. Hydrogen electric vehicles are often fitted with re-generative braking to re-capture the energy lost during breaking, which is then stored in the battery, making them even more environmentally friendly.

Electropak Ltd are now using their vast experience and wide range of manufacturing facilities to manufacture busbars for hydrogen electric vehicles and aircraft. Contact us today to find out how our highly skilled in-house team can meet your busbar requirements.
