Precision CNC Machining, Milling and Turning

Electropak has a versatile range of CNC milling (3 and 4 axis), CNC turning and grinding machines, which enables us to manufacture precision machined components for a variety of industries such as rail, medical and marine.

Also, our AS9100 rev D approval enables us to manufacture precision components for the aerospace and defence industries.

Our CNC machines receive files electronically allowing us to offer our customers an efficient service and lead time on all our machined components. We use Autodesk FeatureCAM® CNC programming software on all of our CNC machines. We can import 3D models direct from our customer or create 3D models from a 2D drawing. If a drawing is not available we can also reverse engineer parts.

We are currently upgrading our machines and have recently invested in two brand new HAAS TM-1P milling machines.

XYZ Proturn RLX 425 Lathe

Machining capability – 250mm Diameter and up to 1250mm between centres

XYZ Proturn SLX 1630 Lathe

Machining capability – 200mm Diameter and up to 760mm between centres

Colchester Mascot Lathe

Machining capability – 460mm Diameter and up to 2000mm between centres

Bridgeport VMC 800

Machining capability – automatic 22 tool station

Machining capability – We have 2 of these machines with automatic tool station and 4th axis

Machining capability – 20 station carousel tool changer, 800mm x 400mm bed size and 4th axis
