Laser and Water Jet Cutting

Our laser and water jet cutting facilities give our sheet metal parts the advantage of accuracy and the absence of notch marks. Laser cutting is the quickest and most accurate way to cut sheet metal. Integrated CAD software allows us to cut any shape or profile, and the nesting facility gives maximum sheet utilisation.

Range of materials includes: Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, nickel alloy and zintec.

Water Jet Cutting

Water cutting is a very versatile process. Materials up to 150mm thick can be cut without warping or exerting heat stress. We have recently invested in a brand new OMAX-MAXIEM 1530 machine. Please view the below video to see this machine in action.

Water jet cutting capacity 3000mm x 1500mm.
