Electropak Sheet Metalwork provides the welding of stainless steel, mild steel, monel, titanium and aluminum components as well as custom precision sheet metal fabrications using our 2 CNC controlled press brakes.
Custom precision sheet metal fabrication and welded products
Electropak offers both manual MIG welding and TIG welding and a comprehensive metal dressing service as part of its precision sheet metal fabrication service. The dressing capability allows stainless steel fabrications to be finished to a high standard, removing oxidisation marks and reapplying grain to brushed finished items. The facilities are particularly suited to light and medium fabrications in mild steel, stainless steel, monel, titanium and aluminum. Electropak also offers spot welding, stud welding and the prescision forming of metal using our 2 CNC controlled press brakes. Our CNC controlled press brakes have 2.5m long beds allowing us to accurately form and bend a wide range of metal sheet and plates.
